How long is your lead time (turnaround time)?
Our products are all hand crafted and finished one piece at a time, reason why our lead time until shipment is approximately 1-2 weeks from time of order. Do you charge taxes? Only on orders shipped within the state of California. What happens after my order is placed? After placing an order with Figuci Designs, you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address given to us during the checkout process. This email will serve as your order invoice and is also to confirm that the order information we received is correct. If you do not receive an email confirmation after checking out please contact us as soon as possible to confirm your order details. How do I know when my order would be delivery? We will email you the tracking number as soon as your order is shipped, so you will be able to track your package online. How real is your fake fur? Our fake furs can be almost indistinguishable from the natural furs they imitate. Faux fur is a type of textile fabric fashioned to simulate genuine animal fur but without the worries and guilt-free. Faux fur is as warm and glamorous as real fur and so much lighter than the real fur is. How do I clean Faux Fur? We suggest dry-clean only. Pile Method (fur method). What is your return policy?
