Returns
Figuci Designs offers the highest quality faux fur products that score high on warmth, workmanship and functionality. If a product does not meet your expectations or if you are not delighted with your purchase, please return the unused merchandise in its original packaging with the tags attached within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund (less shipping and handling charges).

For your protection, we suggest shipping the product via pre-paid Certified U.S. Mail. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges for returned items and is liable for any damage or loss. We suggest properly packing all products prior to shipping as well as fully insuring the shipment.

Please include a note when returning the product stating if you wish to receive credit, a refund or an exchange.

We will not accept any garment that has been worn, used or if the tags have been removed. Custom made items are non-returnable. Shipping charges will not be refunded under any circumstance.
